c) Structure
In and out autoclave ferry cart is composed by cart frame, driven divice, loactor device and bridge cross.
frame: The frame beam is made of steel, and it is made by welding the H steel and steel pipe, which make the rigidity have max load. The top is for mold guide rail.
Driving device including moving driven and tracting driven. The moving driving includes the active drive and driven drive, the active drive is composed of motor, reducer, belt disc, transmission shaft, joint shaft and wheel, etc. It is controlled by the electrical controller.
