a) Uses

Separator is one of the JQF-6 series machine. It can help to separate block without manpower.

The separator is composed of frame, separator parts and hydraulic lifting system, etc.

• frame and separator parts are joined by section steel, steel plate.
• The power supplied by the hydraulic station.

d)  Work Principles

When the finish product transported under the separator with side plate roller, the separator separates the block layer by layer from top to bottom. (the up separating parts clamp the up layer block and the down parts clamp the down layer of the block. After finish, the separating cylinder extends, separate the up and down separating parts, so that the block also separate, the rest can be done in the same manner)
